Joanne Shaw started riding in her early teens . From age 16 she was trained by renowned equestrians In all disciplines. 
She set up her own production & Livery yard at 21 in Cheshire. Now 33 Joanne is very experienced with young and competition horses and has learnt how to get a novice horse to the top.

She is well known for producing WHP, Riding horses, hacks, show cobs, coloureds & Natives. qualifying novice horses to RIHS and HOYS. 
Whilst competing Joanne picked up many WH championships such as the Lord Leverhulme Gold Cup, Desert Orchid Blue Riband winner twice, BSPS Gold Cup winner 4 times, Champion of Champions Champion & has represented the England Working Horse Team at the BSPS , winning individual gold as well as team winner.

When Joanne became to old for the BSPS she joined the BSHA society and has previously taken cobs and riding horses to HOYS. 
Joanne’s favourite results are Champion Working Show Horse & 2nd reserve supreme at the BSHA Championship Show on her own horse Esanto and 4th HW Cob on Daybreak Lad in 2016.

Since 2017 Joanne has taken a break from riding in the ring Joanne has been focusing on Producing Horses for their owners to ride, Sales Livery & buying and selling horses building up her Redshaw Prefix brand name. 
Being based at Red House Stables a central location with excellent trial facilities this side of this business has been extremely busy... 
Even though Joanne is busy enough as it is, she  can’t control her competitive side and it’s seems she will be returning to the show and jumping ring next 2021!  Luckily Joanne has a fabulous team behind her to help make this all happen.
